Project Description: Demolished and/or removed specific existing exterior and interior structures and fixtures. Expanded and renovated areas around food court that included a new single-story addition with outdoor dining area.
Replace Muskie Chiller
Location: Edmund S. Muskie Federal Building, Augusta, ME

Project Description: Removed existing water-cooled chillers, pumps, cooling towers and selective interior demolition. Replaced with new roof-mounted chillers, new steel structural support frame, new pumps, heat exchanger, all necessary piping and associated electrical and interior patching work.
